Part 1 - Defeating the Argument “Was Jesus Son of God?” Biblically ….

A - What did God describe himself in the bible?
10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.
12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God. [Isaiah 43:10-12]
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God. [Exodus 20:3-5]

LORD had described himself as following:
-          “before me there was no God formed”; means He is the first
-          “neither shall there be after me”; means He is the last
-          “beside me there is no saviour”; means no one like him in power, control, superiority ….
-          “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”; means there is no other God with him ever.
-          “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image”; means he doesn’t look like anything we may know or think about, whether in Earth, Sky or water.
-          “Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them”; means he doesn’t accept anyone to worship anyone other than him.

B - What did Jesus describe God in the bible?

"I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me." [John 5:30]

“And he said unto him, ‘Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.’" [Mathew 19:16-17]

32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:
33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
34 And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question. [Mark 12:32-34]
37 For with God nothing shall be impossible. [Luke 1:37]
Jesus described GOD or Lord that:
-          “I can of mine own self do nothing”; means he had no power, but God only.
-          “There is none good but one, that is, God”; means God only one and he is the perfect one.
-          “for there is one God; and there is none other but he”; means He is one and only one.
-          “For with God nothing shall be impossible”; means GOD only has the control of everything.
C - What did Jesus describe himself in the bible?

There is not a single verse in all Gospels where Jesus Christ (PBUH) said about himself or describes himself as a “I Am The God Himself” or “or I AM Part of God” in the whole bible, but let’s see how many “Son of man” or “Son of God” were mentioned in the Gospels and by whom:
Son of man = 26 in Luke + 11 in John + 14 in Mark + 30 in Mathew = 81
Son of God = 8 in Mathew + 3 in Mark + 7 in Luke + 10 in John = 28

Taking “Gospel of Luke” as example:
“Son of man” is mentioned x 26, most of them by Jesus himself, in:
Luke 5:24, 6:5, 6:22, 7:34, 9:22, 9:26, 9:44, 9:56, 9:58, 11:30, 12:8, 12:10, 12:40, 17:22, 17:24, 17:26, 17:30, 18:8, 18:31, 19:10, 21:27, 21:36, 22:22, 22:48, 22:69, 24:7.
But “Son of God” has been mentioned only 7 times in Luke, by:
-          Luke 1:35, by an Angle !!
-          Luke 3:38, as Adam son of God !!!!
-          Luke 4:3, by Devil himself !!!
-          Luke 4:9, by Satan !!!!
-          Luke 4:41, by devils !!!
-          Luke 8:28, by a man had devils !!!
-          Luke 22:70, by elders, priests who executed him !!

Non of them is clearly known or a believer….
But "Son of man", it was always said by JESUS describing himself definitely.

D – Was someone else described as Son of God or Children of GOD in bible other than Jesus?

Yes many times and in many locations, the following some examples:
9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. [Mathew 5:9]

36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. [Luke 20:36]

52 And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad. [John 11:52]

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. [Romans 8:14]

38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God. [Luke 3:38]

E – Is the word “begotten” Son correct and was said by Jesus himself?

The “begotten (Son)” is a very important phrase, and almost all Christians depend on the following verse to prove that Jesus is Son of God and his only begotten Son:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” [John 3:16] – King James version.
But surprisingly, in the new RSV Bible (Revised Standard Version: which reviewed with old and newly discovered ancient bibles), it was eliminated because it’s not correct and they didn’t find it in all old scriptures of the bibles, and the new verse becomes as following without “begotten” !!!
16 ‘For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. [John 3:16] bible.oremus (.org)

F- Critical Questions:

1-    Does God look like any Human being, as he described himself in the bible? NO …
2-    Is there anyone comparable with GOD in his power, form, will, perfection, etc.., as he described himself? NO …
3-    Does GOD accept that anyone worship or bow to GOD other than him? NO ...
4-    Did Jesus say that God had sent part of him or another GOD to Earth? NO …
5-    Did Jesus Say ever that he is a GOD with the LORD ever? NO …
6-    Did Jesus say that he is comparable with the LORD ever in Power, form, will, perfection? No..
7-    Did Jesus ever say to anyone WORSHIP me with GOD, or alone without God? No…
8-    Was “Son of God” used many times describing a person or people who follow GOD commands? Yes..
9-     If “begotten” was removed because it was not correct, does this means that Jesus could be Son of God like other Son of Gods? Yes…

G- Summary:

God is the supreme power, Creator of the Universe, doesn’t look like any image that we may know, no any other creation is comparable to him in power, will, perfection, no one before, after or beside him.
Jesus followed God commands and his will, said only what he asked for to say, said GOD is only one, Said GOD has the power only, and never said he is a GOD or part of GOD.
Jesus described himself as son of man mostly, but “Son of God” is mentioned mostly by devils, Satan or someone else other than Jesus, and “begotten” is not an authentic word in the bible, “Son of GOD” was mentioned many times for other than Jesus, as in Adam and many times as “Children of God”
H- Conclusion:

Was Jesus Son of God, or Part of God, or God himself?

Referring to bible, the answer is definitely NO ….
